目前卷軋(ya)中厚板軋(ya)機(ji)的主要有以下三種(zhong)種(zhong)生產工藝:


 1. 單(dan)張鋼板(ban)往復軋制方式


   這(zhe)種方式主要用于軋(ya)制厚度(du)大于20毫米的厚鋼板(ban)(ban),使(shi)用較長的板(ban)(ban)坯(pi),當軋(ya)制到目標鋼板(ban)(ban)厚度(du)時,最(zui)終(zhong)長度(du)大于50米(一(yi)般不超過(guo)100米),軋(ya)件(jian)直接從出口(kou)卷取爐下面送至轉鼓飛(fei)剪(jian),將之剪(jian)切成(cheng)倍尺母板(ban)(ban)長度(du);通(tong)過(guo)加(jia)速冷卻(que)后進(jin)入熱矯直機(ji)及冷床;最(zui)后經精整線剪(jian)切出定尺成(cheng)品鋼板(ban)(ban)。這(zhe)種方式適于常(chang)規的中(zhong)厚板(ban)(ban)生產(chan)工藝。


 2. 卷軋鋼板方(fang)式


   這種方式主要(yao)用于(yu)(yu)軋(ya)制生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)厚(hou)度不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)20毫米的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)鋼板(ban)。使(shi)用較長板(ban)坯(pi),先在軋(ya)機(ji)上經(jing)(jing)反復可逆(ni)軋(ya)制,當軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)厚(hou)度不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)25毫米時,長軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入軋(ya)機(ji)入口(kou)或出口(kou)卷(juan)(juan)取爐(lu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行保(bao)(bao)溫,經(jing)(jing)往復軋(ya)制,最終(zhong)軋(ya)至(zhi)成品(pin)厚(hou)度;然后(hou)從出口(kou)卷(juan)(juan)取爐(lu)下面送(song)往飛剪剪切成長度不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)50米的(de)(de)母(mu)板(ban),再經(jing)(jing)熱(re)(re)矯直機(ji)矯直,冷床冷卻(que),在精(jing)整線(xian)剪切成定尺長度鋼板(ban)。這種生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工藝(yi)是(shi)卷(juan)(juan)軋(ya)中(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)板(ban)軋(ya)機(ji)特有(you)的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工藝(yi)。卷(juan)(juan)軋(ya)板(ban)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方式既不(bu)同(tong)于(yu)(yu)普通中(zhong)(zhong)板(ban)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方式,也(ye)不(bu)同(tong)于(yu)(yu)熱(re)(re)連軋(ya)鋼卷(juan)(juan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方式。由于(yu)(yu)其采用的(de)(de)是(shi)當軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)軋(ya)至(zhi)厚(hou)度不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)25毫米,長軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入機(ji)前(qian)或機(ji)后(hou)卷(juan)(juan)取爐(lu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行保(bao)(bao)溫方式,因此(ci)既減少(shao)了軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)溫降,也(ye)可使(shi)軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)在卷(juan)(juan)取爐(lu)與軋(ya)機(ji)之間形(xing)成張(zhang)力,進(jin)(jin)(jin)而可減小軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)縱向的(de)(de)變形(xing)抗力。由于(yu)(yu)卷(juan)(juan)軋(ya)鋼板(ban)具有(you)上述特點,因而可使(shi)軋(ya)件(jian)(jian)軋(ya)得更薄(bo),并能得到(dao)較好的(de)(de)板(ban)形(xing)。


 3. 鋼卷軋制方式


   這種(zhong)方式用于軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)商品(pin)鋼(gang)卷。采用出、入口卷取爐(lu),將軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)件往(wang)復軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)至厚(hou)2.5~20.0毫米(mi)的(de)帶鋼(gang),經層流(liu)冷(leng)卻(que)后進入地下(xia)卷取機(ji)(ji)卷成(cheng)鋼(gang)卷。綜合了(le)(le)熱(re)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)和中厚(hou)板(ban)(ban)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)特(te)點(dian),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)了(le)(le)現(xian)代(dai)卷軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)中厚(hou)板(ban)(ban)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)特(te)色。采用的(de)主要(yao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)有:直接熱(re)裝技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),最(zui)高(gao)(gao)可達到75%;爐(lu)卷軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu);控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)及(ji)熱(re)機(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(可滿足生(sheng)產管(guan)線(xian)鋼(gang)、高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)度造船板(ban)(ban)、高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)度結(jie)構鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)的(de)要(yao)求);高(gao)(gao)精度、快速(su)動態(tai)自動厚(hou)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(AGC);板(ban)(ban)形(xing)(xing)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(目前僅(jin)限于軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)彎(wan)輥(gun))技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu);控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)卻(que)及(ji)層流(liu)冷(leng)卻(que)+加速(su)冷(leng)卻(que)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu);全液壓地下(xia)卷取機(ji)(ji)及(ji)自動踏步控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)等。
