不銹鋼管(guan)道(dao)分支(zhi)處補(bu)強方式的選(xuan)擇,一般是通過定性分析和定量(liang)計算相結合的方式來(lai)確定。定量(liang)計算的詳細講(jiang)述見本書第三章(zhang)中支(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)形式的選(xuan)用與強度計算工程應用。
1. 分支(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)方式的選用,主(zhu)要根據管(guan)道的設計溫度、設計壓力、腐(fu)蝕余量等設計條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)確(que)定。分支(zhi)的方法基本(ben)為兩種,對(dui)于低(di)壓大(da)直徑管(guan)則(ze)直接(jie)把(ba)分支(zhi)管(guan)焊于主(zhu)管(guan)上;其他多數是利用分支(zhi)管(guan)件(jian)(jian)進行分支(zhi)。
①. 當從(cong)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)引出支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)與主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)的(de)比值大于(yu)(yu)等(deng)于(yu)(yu)0.5時,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)異徑(jing)(jing)三(san)通(tong)或等(deng)徑(jing)(jing)三(san)通(tong);當主支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為(wei)等(deng)徑(jing)(jing)時,應采用(yong)(yong)(yong)三(san)通(tong)。GB 50316規定:公稱壓力大于(yu)(yu)或等(deng)于(yu)(yu)10MPa的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,主支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為(wei)異徑(jing)(jing)時,不宜采用(yong)(yong)(yong)焊接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),宜采用(yong)(yong)(yong)三(san)通(tong)或在主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上開(kai)孔并焊接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)。當主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)大于(yu)(yu)DN65而支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)DN40和以下時,根據設計壓力的(de)大小,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)或半管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)。
有(you)(you)的(de)規范規定,一(yi)般(ban)(ban)主管尺(chi)寸(cun)的(de)一(yi)半并降低兩個尺(chi)寸(cun)系(xi)列,就沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)三通可供(gong)使用了,如主管為12”,標準三通一(yi)般(ban)(ban)可做到(dao)5"(不常用的(de)口徑),再低就沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)三通可供(gong)選(xuan)用了。
②. 普(pu)通無腐蝕性的低(di)溫(wen)介質(zhi)(如LNG),在(zai)中、低(di)壓(ya)條件下(一般不大于(yu)9MPa),小(xiao)尺(chi)寸的分支(≤2”),選用(yong)半管(guan)接頭(half coupling),在(zai)高壓(ya)條件下(一般大于(yu)9MPa),小(xiao)尺(chi)寸的分支(≤2")選用(yong)對焊(han)支管(guan)座(zuo)(weldolet)。
③. 普(pu)通無腐蝕(shi)性的低(di)溫介(jie)質(如LNG),在中、低(di)壓條件(jian)下(一般<6MPa),大(da)(da)尺寸的分支(>2”),選(xuan)用補強板連接(reinforcing pad);在高(gao)壓條件(jian)下(一般大(da)(da)于6MPa),大(da)(da)尺寸的分支(>2”)選(xuan)用對焊支管(guan)座(Weldolet)。
④. 等級表中(zhong)低(di)溫管道的分(fen)支形(xing)式主要包括(kuo)標準(zhun)三通、半管接頭、對(dui)焊支管座、補強板連接、直接開口(較少)等形(xing)式。
⑤. 其他工況(kuang)支管連接(jie)方式(shi)的選用:
a. 主管(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)小于DN50時,支(zhi)管(guan)小于主管(guan),則用異(yi)徑(jing)(jing)三(san)通或(huo)等徑(jing)(jing)三(san)通加異(yi)徑(jing)(jing)短(duan)管(guan)。
b. 設(she)計壓力(li)(li)等于或(huo)(huo)大于2.0MPa、設(she)計溫度(du)超過250℃以及支管(guan)與主(zhu)管(guan)公(gong)(gong)稱直徑(jing)之比大于0.8,或(huo)(huo)承受機械(xie)振動、壓力(li)(li)脈動和溫度(du)急劇變(bian)化(hua)的管(guan)道(dao)分支,應(ying)采用等徑(jing)異徑(jing)三(san)通;公(gong)(gong)稱直徑(jing)小于或(huo)(huo)等于40mm的管(guan)道(dao),應(ying)采用承插焊(或(huo)(huo)螺(luo)紋)鍛制三(san)通;公(gong)(gong)稱直徑(jing)等于或(huo)(huo)大于50mm的管(guan)道(dao),應(ying)采用對(dui)焊三(san)通、對(dui)焊加強管(guan)接頭(對(dui)焊支管(guan)臺)或(huo)(huo)嵌入式(鞍(an)形)支管(guan)接頭。
c. 支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)通過加強管(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)與主管(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)是指將一個螺紋、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或對(dui)焊(han)(han)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭或半管(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊(han)(han)于(yu)(yu)(yu)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)上而制成,螺紋、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺用于(yu)(yu)(yu)直(zhi)徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。螺紋、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺在(zai)任何情況下其額定等(deng)級應大(da)于(yu)(yu)(yu)等(deng)于(yu)(yu)(yu)2000lb。
d. 其(qi)他支(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)可用(yong)直接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie),但必須經(jing)校核(he)后明確是否增(zeng)加(jia)補強。直接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)在主管(guan)上的(de)支(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),不(bu)宜用(yong)于有機械振動(dong)、壓力脈(mo)動(dong)和(he)溫度急劇(ju)變化的(de)部位及設(she)計(ji)溫度超過425℃的(de)管(guan)道(dao),當支(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)處承受由于支(zhi)管(guan)熱變形,外荷(he)載及支(zhi)架位移等(deng)引起(qi)的(de)應力時(shi),應對附加(jia)荷(he)載在支(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)處產(chan)生的(de)影響進(jin)行分析并采(cai)取必要的(de)加(jia)強措施(shi)。
⑥. 依據(ju)管道(dao)等級(ji)(ji)中已經確定的法蘭(lan)壓力(li)等級(ji)(ji)或公稱壓力(li)來選用支管連接件。
一般,當法蘭的(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力≤2.5MPa(磅級(ji)系列(lie)≤150lb)時,綜合考(kao)慮其他工況后(hou),支(zhi)管(guan)可直接(jie)(jie)焊接(jie)(jie)在主管(guan)上;當公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力≥4.0MPa(磅級(ji)系列(lie)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力≥300lb)時,則根據主管(guan)支(zhi)管(guan)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑的(de)不同按對焊三通(tong)、對焊加強(qiang)管(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)、承(cheng)插焊或螺(luo)紋(wen)連接(jie)(jie)三通(tong)、承(cheng)插焊或螺(luo)紋(wen)加強(qiang)管(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)的(de)順(shun)序選用。
2. 管件(jian)壁厚
在確定(ding)支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號時(shi)(shi),應(ying)根(gen)據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)等強度的(de)原則以及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接方式(shi)而定(ding)。例如,當管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)采用(yong)對焊(han)(han)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接時(shi)(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號應(ying)一致;而當管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)采用(yong)承插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接時(shi)(shi),標準(zhun)的(de)承插焊(han)(han)和螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號只有(you)Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最低的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是Sch80,也就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是說只要(yao)當承插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)所連(lian)(lian)(lian)接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號不大于Sch80時(shi)(shi),承插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)選Sch80。而當所連(lian)(lian)(lian)接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號大于Sch80時(shi)(shi),承插焊(han)(han)或螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)號就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)選Sch60或XXS。
當對焊三通主管(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)所(suo)連接的管(guan)子(zi)的管(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號不(bu)同時(shi),應注(zhu)意(yi)三通主管(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)端部的管(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號應分別與(yu)其所(suo)連接的管(guan)子(zi)的管(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號相同,這樣就非常方(fang)便管(guan)道施(shi)工,管(guan)件不(bu)必現(xian)場再打坡(po)口。
3. 支管直接焊于主管的補強計算(suan)
GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等規范與ASME B31.3關于面積補強法的計算(suan)基本相同(tong)。
