埋弧焊不銹鋼管焊接參數比焊條電弧焊多一些,包括焊接電流、電弧電壓、焊接速度、焊接材料、焊絲直徑、焊絲偏移量、焊絲干伸長度、焊絲輸送速度等。
①. 焊接電(dian)流
焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)流的(de)(de)大(da)小直接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)影響焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)深(shen)淺,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)流大(da),熱(re)輸入大(da)、電(dian)弧挺度(du)大(da),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)深(shen);反之則淺。當焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)流較(jiao)大(da)時,由于熔(rong)(rong)(rong)深(shen)較(jiao)深(shen),而焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)寬度(du)變化不(bu)大(da),所得到的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)系(xi)數(焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)寬度(du)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)有(you)效厚度(du)的(de)(de)比值稱為焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)系(xi)數)較(jiao)小。這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng),對(dui)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)中氣體和(he)(he)(he)夾(jia)渣物(wu)的(de)(de)上(shang)浮和(he)(he)(he)溢出十分不(bu)利,易產生(sheng)(sheng)氣孔、夾(jia)渣和(he)(he)(he)熱(re)裂紋。所以一(yi)般增(zeng)加電(dian)流時,必須(xu)相應(ying)的(de)(de)提高電(dian)弧電(dian)壓(ya),以保證(zheng)得到合理的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)形(xing)狀,一(yi)般焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)系(xi)數控制在1.3~2.0之間,這(zhe)樣(yang)對(dui)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)中的(de)(de)氣體溢出以及防止產生(sheng)(sheng)夾(jia)渣或熱(re)裂紋等缺(que)陷(xian)有(you)利。
②. 電弧電壓(ya)
電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)長度(du)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)而變(bian)化(hua),電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)拉長了,電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)則升(sheng)高(gao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)挺度(du)下降,母(mu)材(cai)受熱面(mian)增加(jia)(jia)(jia),所以(yi)焊(han)(han)接(jie)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)的(de)深度(du)減(jian)(jian)小,焊(han)(han)縫(feng)寬度(du)明顯增寬。適當的(de)增加(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),會提(ti)高(gao)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)質量(liang)(liang),但應與(yu)增加(jia)(jia)(jia)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流相配(pei)合。單純地增加(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),會使熔(rong)(rong)深減(jian)(jian)小,造(zao)成(cheng)焊(han)(han)件未(wei)焊(han)(han)透(tou)。而且焊(han)(han)劑的(de)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)量(liang)(liang)大,增加(jia)(jia)(jia)焊(han)(han)劑的(de)消耗量(liang)(liang)。焊(han)(han)縫(feng)表(biao)面(mian)粗糙,脫渣(zha)困難(nan),嚴(yan)重時,會造(zao)成(cheng)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)邊(bian)緣(yuan)咬邊(bian)。
③. 焊接(jie)速(su)度
當焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)流(liu)和(he)(he)電(dian)弧電(dian)壓(ya)不變(bian)時,焊(han)(han)接(jie)速度(du)提高,電(dian)弧給(gei)予焊(han)(han)接(jie)熔池中單位長度(du)的熱量(liang)勢必減(jian)少(shao),導致(zhi)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)熔深和(he)(he)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)寬度(du)減(jian)小。過分的增加焊(han)(han)接(jie)速度(du),會導致(zhi)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)弧對工件(jian)的加熱不足,造成(cheng)焊(han)(han)件(jian)未(wei)焊(han)(han)透和(he)(he)邊緣未(wei)熔合等(deng)缺陷(xian)。
④. 焊接材料(liao)
a. 壓力(li)容器常(chang)用不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)劑見表4-14,常(chang)用奧(ao)氏體型耐熱鋼埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)劑與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲見表4-15,結(jie)構件常(chang)用奧(ao)氏體不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)劑與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲見表4-16。
b. 常(chang)用(yong)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)埋弧(hu)焊用(yong)焊劑烘焙(bei)要求見表 4-17 。
c. 焊劑(ji)(ji)顆粒(li)度(du)。熔煉(lian)焊劑(ji)(ji)顆粒(li)度(du)為(wei)2.5~0.45mm(4~40目),燒(shao)結焊劑(ji)(ji)顆粒(li)度(du)為(wei)2~0.28mm(10~60目),焊劑(ji)(ji)允(yun)許重復使(shi)用,但(dan)重復使(shi)用前須篩(shai)出細(xi)粉和渣殼(ke),并與新焊劑(ji)(ji)混勻后使(shi)用。


⑤. 焊絲直徑
焊絲直徑(jing)加粗,電(dian)弧范(fan)圍擴大,使(shi)熔寬(kuan)增加;如果焊接電(dian)流(liu)保持不(bu)變,電(dian)流(liu)密度減(jian)小,電(dian)弧挺度下降,則熔深將相(xiang)應地減(jian)小。
⑥. 焊絲(si)偏移量a
焊(han)(han)(han)接環焊(han)(han)(han)縫時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)不應在(zai)最高點或最低(di)點,而應在(zai)下坡焊(han)(han)(han)的位置上,如圖(tu)4-19所示(shi)。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)(liang)直接影(ying)響(xiang)焊(han)(han)(han)縫成(cheng)形(xing),見圖(tu)4-18。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)(liang)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)外徑和焊(han)(han)(han)接線(xian)(xian)能量(liang)(liang)有關。當焊(han)(han)(han)接線(xian)(xian)能量(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)停留時(shi)間(jian)較長,所以(yi)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)(liang)可選(xuan)較大(da)(da)值。當焊(han)(han)(han)接線(xian)(xian)能量(liang)(liang)小時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)停留時(shi)間(jian)較短,所以(yi)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)(liang)選(xuan)取較小值。當焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)外徑較大(da)(da)時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)中的液態金屬外溢的傾(qing)向(xiang)較小,此時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)(liang)可取較大(da)(da)值。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)直徑小于(yu)3mm時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)(liang)一般不超過5~10mm,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)直徑大(da)(da)于(yu)3mm時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)(liang)見表(biao)4-18。

⑦. 焊絲干伸(shen)長度L
焊(han)絲(si)(si)前(qian)端(duan)到(dao)導電嘴(zui)前(qian)端(duan)的(de)距(ju)離稱(cheng)為(wei)焊(han)絲(si)(si)干伸長度(du)(du),見(jian)圖4-20。焊(han)絲(si)(si)干伸長度(du)(du)L增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加,焊(han)絲(si)(si)的(de)預熱溫度(du)(du)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加,焊(han)絲(si)(si)熔(rong)化速度(du)(du)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加焊(han)絲(si)(si)干伸長度(du)(du)可(ke)提高(gao)生產效率,但焊(han)絲(si)(si)干伸長度(du)(du)超過50mm后會出現成段爆裂(lie)現象。所以焊(han)絲(si)(si)干伸長度(du)(du)一(yi)般控制在17~20mm范圍(wei)內。
⑧. 電(dian)流種(zhong)類和(he)電(dian)極極性
在一般情況下,電(dian)弧陽極(ji)(ji)區的溫(wen)(wen)度較陰(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)區的溫(wen)(wen)度高(gao),但在使(shi)用(yong)高(gao)錳(meng)高(gao)硅含氟的焊(han)(han)劑進行(xing)埋弧焊(han)(han)時(shi),電(dian)弧空間氣體的電(dian)離勢增(zeng)加(jia),這樣(yang),氣體電(dian)離后正(zheng)離子(zi)釋放至陰(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)的能量也增(zeng)加(jia),使(shi)陰(yin)(yin)極(ji)(ji)的溫(wen)(wen)度提高(gao),并大于陽極(ji)(ji)的溫(wen)(wen)度。因而在用(yong)含有高(gao)電(dian)離電(dian)位的埋弧焊(han)(han)劑時(shi),若焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)源為直(zhi)流(liu)正(zheng)接(jie)(jie)(jie),則焊(han)(han)絲(si)的熔(rong)化速(su)(su)度大于焊(han)(han)件的熔(rong)化速(su)(su)度,使(shi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)熔(rong)深(shen)減小,焊(han)(han)縫(feng)余(yu)高(gao)增(zeng)加(jia)。反(fan)之用(yong)直(zhi)流(liu)反(fan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)便可(ke)增(zeng)加(jia)熔(rong)深(shen)。使(shi)用(yong)交流(liu)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)源時(shi),對形(xing)狀的影響介(jie)于直(zhi)流(liu)正(zheng)接(jie)(jie)(jie)、反(fan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)之間。
上(shang)述(shu)各項焊(han)接(jie)參數的選擇,不(bu)能(neng)單項考(kao)慮,要有機地(di)匹(pi)配,進行綜合平衡分析,找出一個主要焊(han)接(jie)參數,在充(chong)分試驗(yan)后(hou),才能(neng)制訂出最佳(jia)參數。最終要經過焊(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭的力(li)學性(xing)能(neng)考(kao)核(he)和耐腐蝕性(xing)能(neng)試驗(yan)(即焊(han)接(jie)工藝評定合格),滿足產品設計圖樣要求后(hou),方(fang)能(neng)在產品上(shang)正(zheng)式施焊(han)。表(biao)4-19、表(biao)4-20所(suo)列出的18-8型奧氏(shi)體不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼焊(han)接(jie)參數可(ke)供參考(kao)。
