據金(jin)川(chuan)集(ji)團(tuan)股(gu)份有限公(gong)司(簡稱:金(jin)川(chuan)集(ji)團(tuan))消息(xi),針對金(jin)川(chuan)集(ji)團(tuan)科(ke)(ke)研重大(da)專(zhuan)項——《太(tai)陽能光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)用(yong)(yong)耐高溫(wen)熔鹽腐蝕鎳基高溫(wen)合金(jin)GH3625帶材(cai)開發(fa)(fa)與產(chan)業化(hua)》,鎳鈷共伴生(sheng)資源開發(fa)(fa)與綜合利用(yong)(yong)全(quan)(quan)國重點實(shi)驗室充(chong)分發(fa)(fa)揮自(zi)身的科(ke)(ke)研創(chuang)新能力(li),聯(lian)合鎳合金(jin)公(gong)司,利用(yong)(yong)現有的工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)與裝(zhuang)備優(you)勢(shi),共同(tong)攻克了(le)光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)用(yong)(yong)GH3625高精(jing)度帶材(cai)生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)難題,產(chan)品性能全(quan)(quan)面達到客戶指標(biao)要求。


  該項目的(de)(de)實(shi)施,開展了光(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)吸(xi)熱器用(yong)(yong)高(gao)溫合(he)金(jin)GH3625的(de)(de)進口替代,實(shi)現了金(jin)川高(gao)溫合(he)金(jin)GH3625帶材在太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)領(ling)域應用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)零的(de)(de)突破。同時(shi)進一(yi)步促(cu)進了我(wo)國太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)站的(de)(de)建(jian)設,提高(gao)我(wo)國太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)關鍵材料的(de)(de)自主保(bao)障(zhang)能(neng)(neng)力。


  高溫合金GH3625除光熱(re)發電(dian)外(wai),還(huan)廣(guang)泛應(ying)用(yong)于石油化工(gong)(gong)(gong)、海洋工(gong)(gong)(gong)程、食品加工(gong)(gong)(gong)和廢氣處理等行業(ye)。通過該項目(mu)的(de)實(shi)施(shi),金川集(ji)團進(jin)一步(bu)掌握了高溫合金GH3625的(de)雙聯(lian)(lian)、三(san)聯(lian)(lian)熔煉工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),掌握了GH3625的(de)鍛(duan)造(zao)、軋制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),為后續(xu)其他規格(ge)GH3625鍛(duan)件(jian)及板帶材的(de)開發奠定了堅實(shi)的(de)基(ji)礎。


  鎳鈷共(gong)伴生(sheng)資源開發(fa)與綜(zong)合利用(yong)(yong)全國(guo)重點(dian)實驗室項(xiang)目負責人樊昱表(biao)示:“通過本項(xiang)目的(de)(de)開發(fa),我們掌(zhang)握了(le)光(guang)熱發(fa)電用(yong)(yong)GH3625高精度帶材的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)工藝。去年完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)太陽能(neng)光(guang)熱聯(lian)盟常務副理事長單位——首(shou)航高科(ke)能(neng)源技術有(you)限公(gong)司2噸GH3625帶材訂(ding)單,并成(cheng)功應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于敦煌(huang)光(guang)熱發(fa)電站吸(xi)熱器。今年5月再次完(wan)成(cheng)首(shou)航高科(ke)6噸GH3625帶材訂(ding)單。下一步我們將繼續致力(li)于高溫合金的(de)(de)研發(fa)與應(ying)用(yong)(yong),開展(zhan)高溫合金雙聯(lian)、三聯(lian)熔煉工藝及鍛軋(ya)工藝的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)研究,推動太陽能(neng)光(guang)熱發(fa)電領域的(de)(de)技術進(jin)步與產(chan)業升級(ji),為(wei)我國(guo)新能(neng)源事業的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)貢獻更(geng)多力(li)量。”
