近日(ri),馬鋼(gang)四鋼(gang)軋(ya)總廠傳(chuan)來佳訊,轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)生產獲得重大性(xing)突(tu)破——馬鋼(gang)首創的“轉(zhuan)爐(lu)全周期一鍵精準控制模型”經(jing)過全周期一鍵冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)熱試取得圓滿成功,標志著(zhu)馬鋼(gang)承(cheng)擔的“寶武鋼(gang)鐵工業(ye)大腦-智(zhi)(zhi)能煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)項目(mu)”繼煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)柔(rou)性(xing)智(zhi)(zhi)能排程(cheng)系(xi)統后再獲階段性(xing)成果,馬鋼(gang)轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)智(zhi)(zhi)能化發展(zhan)再邁關(guan)鍵一步。
自(zi)(zi)(zi)寶(bao)武鋼鐵工(gong)業大腦戰略性計劃(hua)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)以來,經過一(yi)年多時(shi)間的(de)探索(suo)實踐,馬(ma)鋼智能煉鋼項目(mu)團隊(dui)深度(du)融(rong)合人工(gong)智能與鋼鐵冶煉流程。截至2023年底,轉爐(lu)冶煉各大工(gong)序均已完(wan)成自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化操作,包括一(yi)鍵(jian)煉鋼、自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)出鋼、自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)加合金、自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)倒(dao)渣、自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)濺渣等子項目(mu)的(de)全(quan)流程攻關,為全(quan)周期一(yi)鍵(jian)冶煉的(de)熱試成功夯實基礎。
在“轉(zhuan)爐全周期一鍵精(jing)準(zhun)控制模(mo)型”開(kai)發過程(cheng)中,馬鋼(gang)(gang)運營改善(shan)部牽(qian)頭,煉鋼(gang)(gang)智(zhi)能團隊攻堅克難、逐(zhu)點突破,在生產、設備、自(zi)動化(hua)技術等(deng)方(fang)面的緊密配合下,實地解(jie)決多(duo)項技術難題。整個(ge)開(kai)發過程(cheng)中取得了(le)包括轉(zhuan)爐全周期一鍵冶煉實時視頻聯動、擋渣(zha)錐(zhui)節流效果的AI識別判(pan)定(ding)、基于(yu)實時溫度(du)的鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)精(jing)準(zhun)檢(jian)測判(pan)定(ding)、基于(yu)“云數據三維建模(mo)+三重積分(fen)+AI識別”的定(ding)角度(du)自(zi)動倒渣(zha)、自(zi)處置自(zi)動濺渣(zha)模(mo)式(shi)等(deng)多(duo)個(ge)技術成(cheng)果,并基于(yu)此(ci)申(shen)報多(duo)項發明專利。
全(quan)(quan)流(liu)程(cheng)一鍵(jian)冶(ye)(ye)煉(lian)項目基于轉爐冶(ye)(ye)煉(lian)各流(liu)程(cheng)智(zhi)能控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)或一鍵(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)填平補齊和自主開發,通(tong)過構建(jian)“全(quan)(quan)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)(qi)(qi)一鍵(jian)”模(mo)型,以智(zhi)能化(hua)手段(duan)實現(xian)了轉爐從吹(chui)煉(lian)開始到(dao)氬(ya)站處理結束的(de)生(sheng)產過程(cheng)全(quan)(quan)流(liu)程(cheng)自轉接、自執行(xing)、自調整(zheng)的(de)完整(zheng)“一鍵(jian)化(hua)”,實現(xian)了整(zheng)個轉爐生(sheng)產過程(cheng)的(de)全(quan)(quan)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)(qi)(qi)一鍵(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),最終(zhong)達到(dao)了“過程(cheng)穩定、終(zhong)點精(jing)準(zhun)”的(de)現(xian)代化(hua)大型轉爐冶(ye)(ye)煉(lian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)目標。“轉爐全(quan)(quan)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)(qi)(qi)一鍵(jian)精(jing)準(zhun)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模(mo)型”通(tong)過裝(zhuang)備升級,利用大數據的(de)分(fen)析挖掘與(yu)歷史(shi)數據分(fen)析迭代,深度(du)挖掘數據內部隱(yin)藏的(de)變化(hua)因素,提(ti)升模(mo)型控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)平和轉爐檢測能力、監控(kong)精(jing)度(du),最終(zhong)實現(xian)轉爐全(quan)(quan)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)一鍵(jian)精(jing)準(zhun)穩定控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),使得轉爐工序效率(lv)、成本、初煉(lian)鋼水(shui)質量等主要經(jing)濟技(ji)術指標均(jun)得到(dao)明顯(xian)提(ti)升。
